To those who are unaware: Cung Le fights from San Jose which means he has to deal with jet lag the same way Rich Franklin does. There was no home field advantage in the main event fight.

Rich looked way to relaxed throwing that kick with his hands down. Cung could fight on for sure who knowes what can happen, and i think a remach with Silva.

Franklin made two errors...
1. He threw a sloppy leg kick and kept his chin in the pocket for too long with his hands down and was about to let off a right hook way too late.
2. He underestimated Cung Le's response probably because of his shorter reach but Cung capitalized on it by stepping in with a clean counter right hook.
WAR Cung...my former coach 12 years ago. Damn. Good to see him winning in the UFC after all of these years and at 40 years old.
